Their prices were decent, and the staff was friendly. My fiancée and I came in for a couples massage, and overall the massage itself was good. Unfortunately, the experience at the end made us uncomfortable. After the massage, the therapists stood outside the room with the manager waiting while we paid. I tipped $5 for each therapist, but the manager held up the two $5 bills and said, “That’s it?” in front of other customers in the lobby. It felt embarrassing and uncomfortable. I understand tips are appreciated, but they should never feel pressured or expected, especially in a public setting. There also wasn’t any posted guideline or tip chart to reference. Because of how the situation was handled, I don’t think I’ll be returning.

My first time visiting Serenity in Eastvale today. I loved everything about the massage. It was a clean nice cozy place with good service. My masseuse was good. The only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the unclarity with the pricing. I chose a full body massage for 1 hour which is supposedly $55 and I added two add-ons which is $8 each. It should have been $71, but somehow she showed me a $74 price for it, after which I was presented a final receipt of $90 and they did not even ask if or how I wanted to add a tip, automatically charged tip with no explanation. I expected to pay what the tip what I think is good. I think that is not very professional. And I had a feeling I was overcharged especially after I got back home. Expect better from them.

Best massage with the best prices in the region! Highly recommend. I've been coming here for years and always call ahead to ensure availability. All the masseuses are talented and inquire on the pressure preference. Very professional and well priced along with well earned gratuity. During peak hours, I was asked to share a room which was completely acceptable because of the same gender, curtain separation, and low lighting. Excellent options available on their menu of services and a very accommodating staff. I've tried a few other places in the surrounding cities but prefer Serenity for so many reasons.

I’ve had an amazing experience every single time at Serenity Massage Spa, and I just have to share how wonderful Tina is. Tina is not only very skilled with her technique, but also incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. She always remembers my preferences, checks in about pressure, and focuses on exactly the areas that need attention. It’s rare to find someone who combines such great skill with such a warm personality. Ever since I met Tina, I honestly haven’t gone to any other massage therapist. I now drive all the way from Irvine every time just to see her—it’s absolutely worth it. I can confidently say she’s the reason Serenity Massage Spa has become my favorite place for massages. If you’re looking for a professional, relaxing, and truly personalized massage experience, I highly recommend Tina at Serenity Massage Spa. She’s the best!

I love coming to this location. The service is good and the massages are great. I get 90 mins full body massage with hot stone and it’s worth every penny.
